Hello, and welcome to my personal spot on the web. In case you are curious as to who I am, I’ll briefly describe myself here. I am a young adult currently attending one of the top research institutions in the United States. As adept as I am in the field of biology, I have much to learn about the vast phenomena that occur during the time frame that we call life. I love finding new things, and getting my hands dirty to answer my questions. It is for this reason why I have chosen to accept the challenge towards a PhD.

Because most of my time is spent in the lab or in scientific literature, I do find myself pretty busy but I’ll try my best to keep this blog updated. Most pictures I post are original content (just look for the ‘Polanco’ watermark)..all others are cited and acknowledged.
